This Cleaning Service Agreement is made between Sparkle Home Cleaning ("Provider") and Maria Johnson ("Client"), effective May 24, 2026.

1. Services
The Provider will perform: Residential cleaning of the property listed above, per the agreed checklist. The service is scheduled every two weeks.
2. Price and payment
The price is $140 per visit. Payment is due upon completion of each visit.
3. Scheduling and access
The Client will provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If the Provider cannot access the property, the visit may be charged in full.
4. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a scheduled visit with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
5. Supplies and equipment
Unless agreed otherwise, the Provider brings all cleaning supplies and equipment.
6. Satisfaction
If the Client is not satisfied with any area, they will notify the Provider within 24 hours and the Provider will re-clean that area at no charge.
7. Care and liability
The Provider will take reasonable care of the property. The Client will report any damage or concern within 48 hours of a visit.
8. Term and termination
This agreement continues until cancelled. Either party may end it with written notice; any completed visits remain payable.
