Hi, I'm Natacha.
Eva is my family's story.
My brother Stéphane and I built Eva. But the truth is, our mom started it, long before we ever knew it.
We started over with nothing.
We came to France as kids, fleeing a war in the former Yugoslavia. My mom left everything behind: her home, her plans, her own dreams.
She rebuilt a life from zero so my brother and I could have one. Everything we are started with that.
We worked for everything we have.
I flipped burgers at McDonald's all through school and put myself through a tourism degree, one shift at a time.
Nothing was handed to us. That is how you learn what it really costs to earn a dollar.
Then we went to see the world.
Tourism was never just a diploma for me. We traveled, we worked from everywhere, we fell for the freedom of a life that moves.
From a lake in Austria to a beach in Cape Town, we learned you can run real work from anywhere.
My mom cleaned houses to raise us. So when we say we know how hard this work is, we are not guessing. We grew up in it.
My first business showed me the real problem.
Years later, I started renting out Airbnbs. I thought it would be simple. It was not.
The cleaning was the easy part. It was the rest, the messages, the schedule, the invoices, the endless admin, that ran my life. I finally understood, from the inside, what every cleaning owner carries.
So I called my little brother.
Stéphane is the geek of the family, the one who builds things. I told him about the problem, and he started building the manager I always wished I'd had.
He handles the technology, I handle the owners we build for. Same team we have always been, since the cradle.
And now, we take Mom with us.
Today, Stéphane and I run Eva from wherever in the world we happen to be. And the woman who gave up her dreams for us finally gets to travel for hers.
That is the whole point. Eva exists so cleaning owners can hand off the back office, grow, and get their life back, the way our mom never could.
