Eva (formerly FollowEva) is operated by Stephane Bacanin Consulting, the sole proprietorship of Stephane BACANIN (Entrepreneur individuel), registered in France under SIREN 949 493 753, SIRET 949 493 753 00014, TVA FR29949493753. Our registered address is 14 rue Gay Lussac, 87620 Séreilhac, France. We provide an operating system for women-led service businesses, including SMS-based appointment reminders and service notifications for cleaning and home service clients in the United States.

Your data is never sold. We share it only with Twilio Inc. (United States), our SMS delivery processor, under a strict data processor agreement. Twilio may store message content and delivery logs on servers located in the United States, subject to US law. We only send the minimum necessary appointment and service data required to deliver each message.

7. SMS opt-out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receipt of a STOP request, we will unsubscribe your number within 4 hours and send a single confirmation message. No further SMS will be sent unless you opt back in, either by replying START to the same conversation or by booking again with consent.

SMS messages are transmitted using AES-256 encryption in transit. SMS messages are not encrypted at rest due to SMS technology limitations; however, we apply industry-standard access controls, secure authentication, and regular security reviews to protect all stored data.

9. Cookies

The Eva SMS notification service does not use cookies. Our marketing website may use essential cookies only for basic functionality.

11. SMS Communications

Eva, operated by Stephane Bacanin Consulting, sends transactional SMS notifications on behalf of cleaning businesses to their customers who have explicitly opted in through a booking form with an unchecked consent checkbox. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Message types: appointment confirmations, reminders, on-my-way notices, completion notices, review requests, and rescheduling alerts.

Message frequency: varies based on appointment activity (typically up to 6 messages per appointment).

Opt-out and help: customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Upon a STOP request we unsubscribe the number within 4 hours and send a single confirmation; no further SMS will be sent unless the customer opts back in by replying START or booking again with consent.

Carrier charges:Msg&data rates may apply, depending on the customer's mobile carrier.

No third-party sharing for marketing: mobile phone numbers and SMS message content are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party we share SMS data with is Twilio Inc., our SMS delivery processor, under a data processor agreement (see Section 5).
