You do not operate Eva with a wall of menus. You talk to her, the way you would brief a manager, and she does the work. Here is how that works day to day.
Ask in plain language
Tell Eva what you need in a sentence: "Move the Johnson clean to Thursday," "Send Maria's invoice," "Text the Lopez family that we are running late." She understands and does it, so you are not hunting through screens to make a small change.
Your morning briefing
Every morning Eva briefs you on what happened and what needs you: today's jobs, anything that went sideways, and the few decisions only you can make. You start the day knowing where things stand, instead of piecing it together from texts.
She acts, you approve
You decide how much Eva does on her own and what waits for your OK. The routine runs without you; the judgment calls, a tricky reschedule, an unhappy client, a price, come to you. Nothing important happens behind your back.
In English or Spanish
Talk to Eva in whichever language you are most comfortable in. She understands and answers in English or Spanish, so nothing is lost in translation.
