How affiliate payouts work

Updated May 26, 2026

Once you are an affiliate, the money side is simple. Here is when commission is earned, how you get paid, and the few rules that keep it fair.

When you earn

You earn commission when an owner you referred starts a paid plan after their free trial and the first payment is collected. From there you earn 30% of their subscription payments for their first 12 months. It is calculated on the subscription amount Eva actually receives, not on taxes or one-time fees.

When and how you get paid

Approved commissions are paid monthly, once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold shown in your affiliate dashboard. You get paid by the method you choose when you are approved, such as Stripe or PayPal.

Tracking your referrals

Referrals are tracked by your personal referral link, and your dashboard shows what is pending, approved, and paid, so you always know where you stand. Where no link click is recorded, a valid referral code or your affiliate name can still credit the referral.

If a payment is refunded

If a referred payment is refunded or reversed, including under Eva's 30-day money-back guarantee, the matching commission is reversed too. It is the one fair catch: you earn on payments that actually stick.
