Keeping your Eva account secure

Your account holds your clients and your livelihood, so it is worth keeping locked down. The good news: a few simple habits cover most of it.

A strong, private password

Use a strong password you do not reuse anywhere else, and keep it to yourself. Each team member has their own login, so you never need to hand yours out.

Control who has access

Only invite people who actually need in, and remove access the moment someone leaves your team. The fewer logins there are, the smaller the risk.

If a phone is lost or a cleaner leaves

Because every person has their own login, you can remove that one person's access without changing anything for everyone else. If a phone goes missing, removing access closes the door right away.

What we handle for you
